Recruitment, transfer or monthly rental: which suits your family?

When you need help at home, the first question isn't only "which nationality?" but also "which type of service fits my needs?". There are several regulated options, each with a different timeline and level of commitment.

1. Recruitment: the permanent option

With recruitment, the worker comes from her home country after you choose her from the available options, and the procedures go through the Musaned platform.

Right for you if:

  • Your need is long-term.
  • You want more control over the qualifications.
  • You can wait until the procedures are complete.

2. Sponsorship transfer: the fastest option

If you need a worker sooner, sponsorship transfer lets you choose from workers already in the Kingdom, with the option to meet them before deciding.

Tip: Ask about the worker's experience in the Kingdom and the reason for the transfer before signing.

3. Monthly rental: the flexible option

Suited to temporary needs such as seasons or limited periods. Sponsorship stays with the company, and the contract is monthly according to the package.

5. How to decide?

Ask yourself two questions: How long do I need help? andHow long can I wait?

If your need is long-term and you can wait, recruitment may be right for you. If you need the service quickly, sponsorship transfer may be closer to your needs. And if your need is temporary, monthly rental gives you more flexibility.
